"Trophy Effect" coaching is available in 2 or 3 Session packages. Both packages include a Questionnaire (delivered as an email attachment). 3 Session packages also include an AFFED Personality Assessment and Consultation.

Prior to the first session, all participants will be forwarded the first three chapters (if addition to the Questionnaire/workbook), which should be  read before the first coaching session (please click on "The Book" for a preview of these chapters).

(all sessions are 45 - 50 minutes in length)                                                                   

Session Content:                                                                                                                             Session #1: "The Trophy Effect; An Amazing Journey" (including a brief review of chapters 1 - 3).  Following this session, all participants will be emailed the Exercises.  These Exercises should be completed prior to Session #2.

Session #2: "Exercise Integration; Conditioning the Mind"; review the results of each exercise, including Q & A in support of obtaining maximum value, as well as coaching to insure fuller integration.

Session #3: "Living The Trophy Effect"; a brief review of the impact of the exercises, with specific focus placed on interpretation of the AFFED Profile. This 3rd session is very powerful and especially recommended for highly conscientious personality types (AFFED Profile high "A's"; DISC Profile high "C's")
